  • Width (11 ft): Measure left-to-right across the cart placement area including the space needed for guests to walk around the cart. Start from the nearest wall/obstruction on the left to the nearest wall/obstruction on the right.
  • Depth (6 ft): Measure front-to-back from the front edge of where the cart will sit to the nearest obstruction behind it (wall, furniture, railing, etc.). This ensures room for styling and service flow.
  • Ceiling clearance (8 ft): Measure from the floor to the lowest overhead obstruction above the cart area (ceiling feature, chandelier, fan, beams, umbrellas, patio cover). This supports umbrella placement and elevated styling.
  • Walk-around space: If possible, ensure guests can pass comfortably around the cart. Remove or reposition nearby furniture that could restrict movement.
  • Access path: Verify the path from the delivery point to the cart location is clear, including door widths, hallways, corners, elevators, and any gates.
  • If unsure: Provide your best estimate and describe constraints in “Additional access notes.” Photos can also help (optional).

Limitation of Liability

House of Kyair’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the total cost of services paid by the client. Under no circumstances shall House of Kyair be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from venue conditions, guest conduct, or third-party actions.

House of Kyair is not responsible for damages, delays, or service impacts resulting from factors outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to venue access limitations, environmental conditions, power availability, guest interference, or delays in client or venue-provided access.

This limitation applies before, during, and after setup, service, and breakdown of all House of Kyair experiences.

Nothing herein shall be deemed to create liability beyond the scope of services expressly agreed upon.
