I acknowledge that short-notice bookings (events scheduled within seven (7) days of the event date) are subject to availability and may incur rush fees. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all payments for short-notice bookings are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability

House of Kyair’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the total cost of services paid by the client. Under no circumstances shall House of Kyair be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from venue conditions, guest conduct, or third-party actions.

House of Kyair is not responsible for damages, delays, or service impacts resulting from factors outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to venue access limitations, environmental conditions, power availability, guest interference, or delays in client or venue-provided access.

This limitation applies before, during, and after setup, service, and breakdown of all House of Kyair experiences.

Nothing herein shall be deemed to create liability beyond the scope of services expressly agreed upon.
